- 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Method
- Whisk together soy sauce, honey, chili flakes, and garlic to build the sauce.
- Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet and stir-fry the pork slices until lightly browned.
- Add the peppers and onion, and keep the pace for another 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the sauce and toss until everything's coated and heated through. No standing around — this one moves.
