- 1 kg (approximately 2.2 lbs) pork roast
- 2 tsp rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 tsp thyme, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Get the details right before you start.
- Mix rosemary, thyme, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper into a paste.
- Rub the herb paste over the entire pork roast — don't leave any of it bare.
- Set it in a roasting pan and cook for about 1 hour, until the internal temperature reaches at least 145°F (63°C). Check the work before you call it done.
